Course introduction.
Rising fertiliser costs, dependence on imported inputs and declining soil health create difficult choices for oil palm decision-makers. This executive awareness programme explores how biologically active soils influence nutrient use and long-term productivity. Participants examine the Complete Fertilizer Framework, including organic matter, stable carbon, beneficial biology and natural biostimulants alongside conventional nutrients. Industry cases and applied exercises help participants evaluate regenerative fertiliser strategies, consider local resources and biomass, and develop a high-level roadmap.
