Delivering 5-Star Service Without a 5-Star Hotel: Practical Guest Experience Management for Tourism Hotels and Resorts
HRD Corp registeredOnline course brochure
Course introduction.
Hotels in developing tourism destinations may face modest facilities, unreliable utilities, long transfers and changing local conditions. This online programme helps owners and managers improve the guest experience through actions their hotel can control, without depending on major renovation. Using Semporna and island-tourism cases, participants examine the journey from pre-arrival preparation to departure, post-stay care and referral. They explore expectation management, anticipatory service, visual communication and service recovery to reduce guest uncertainty. Participants prepare a practical 30-day Guest Journey Improvement Plan that can be adapted to their property.
